Michael was excellent in helping me purchase a used vehicle. I bought it sight unseen, and he sent me multiple detailed videos and photos and answered all of my questions promptly, and went above and beyond by delivering the vehicle in person to me as well. I’ve had the same engine issues with my Durango for almost a year now. Since I was out of state when the issue began I took it to another dealership for repairs. However, I’ve felt that the other technicians just patched up the problem and called it a day. In contrast, the techs at Greenway actually took the time to investigate the issue because it kept happening and resolved it completely. But the true star of the show is their service representatives. I had the pleasure of working with Sam, who went above and beyond by working tirelessly on her own accord with my warranty company. Sam and the other service department employees genuinely care about their customers, and it’s heartwarming to witness their dedication. She made a stressful situation incredibly easy. Their service is exceptional all day long, and I will never go anywhere else for repairs or when it’s time for a new vehicle. I highly recommend them to all family and friends.
